By starting off your day with oatmeal instead of a sugary cold cereal. By having things in your diet that pertain more to the multi grain, away from white flour. Cutting your fats down, not all the way out, but cutting them down. Also, a great way to lower cholesterol is by getting involved in a gym. Higher a professional is a great way to get started. Cardiovascular, weight lifting, these are all great modalities that are right at your finger tips. In my experience with clients, these are things that I found do lower cholesterol numbers. Sometimes it's a matter of genetic. It's something you're going to inherit from your family. And if that is the case, you're going to need seek professional help. Sometimes prescription medicine, along with proper nutrition and exercise can be the answer.
