"Looking for a way to detox your body? The best nature's kept secret is water. Eight glasses are recommended on average, if you feel sluggishness, headaches, just poor energy overall. Water is the best way to detoxify your body. A surefire way that you can tell that you are having a lot of toxins through your body is by your urine. You would really like to get to the point that you're drinking enough water that your urine is clear. That's a foolproof way I have found. So if you already are drinking eight glasses of water a day and you do feel these symptoms, sluggishness, headaches, the urine being colored, you are going to want to bump up your glasses at least two or three more glasses per day.
