And this topic I'll be speaking about today is how to take apple cider vinegar. This is a pretty simple, simple thing to do. What you'll want to do is take a teaspoon to a tablespoon depending on your desire, and put that in a glass of water and dilute it with water to desired taste. So it's very flexible, you can add as much or as little apple cider vinegar as you want to as much or as little water as you want. It's important that this water be room temperature in order to facilitate good digestion and you can take this first thing in the morning, really honors the body's circadian rhythm and the liver and the gall bladder love that sour taste first thing in the morning and or you can take it with meals or before meals to facilitate a good digestive process, good hydrochloric acid and enzyme production and overall good nutrition or good digestion. So that would be my recommendation for how to take apple cider vinegar, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or before meals or during a meal add a teaspoon or a tablespoon to your desired amount of water."
