Hi this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training in Miami, Florida. In this clip we are going to talk about what to feed your dog to make him gain weight. Typically what you want is something that is high in protein and not high in fat. They do have little kind of like sugar supplements to help them gain and kind of stimulate their appetite and as you can see this boy has no problem gaining weight and he is your typical Basset Hound kind of a glutton and really sweet and you can see he is not really fat but he could be a little more trim and quite the opposite we have this cute little chihuahua who as you can see and it is common for the pedigree that they are pretty petite and tiny but you can see this guy is a little, maybe a little under weight but still is in decent health for his age. If I wanted him to gain weight I mean you know, one of the things is give them something they really love, chicken or some kind of meat. Once again this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training.
