"Hi, this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg, with Miami Dog Training in Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about how to train a husky dog. One of the first things to know about huskies is they are a really close descendant to the wolf just like the malamutes, but the, and you can see; they look a lot like a wolf. He's a pure white one, and you know, they all typically do learn the same, but you know, with huskies somethin' to know is that, you know, they really understand that pack order. They really understand the pack. They're still used in large packs today, so you know, they're they love to take commands; they love to work, and they're great dogs to, you know, for a companion or to work with. So, I'm just going to go ahead and show you a little leash trainin' with this boy, heel, all right. Huskies are quick to please, and learn fast, heel, good, heel, good heel. And as you see, I'm always petting him where I want him. When he gets where I want him I pet him, and when he does what he wants I pet him, when I when he does what I want I pet him, and otherwise he gets a slight correction which he learns very quickly from.
