"Hi, I'm Ben from the Cell Phone Broker in San Jose, California. Today I'm going to show you how to convert an iPod video in to Window's format. You can't do it on your iPod, you have to do it from your computer, and I'm going to show you how to do that right now. So what you're going to do is you're going to find the file that you want to convert in to Window's format. All of the movies that are on the iPod are in W4V format, which is an MPEG 4, M4V format, MPEG 4, hit control, click "open with Quick Time Player". You then go to file, export. You click down here on this little bar on the top that says export and then select "movie to Window's Media". All you do from there is hit save, and it'll convert that file in to Window's format. So, once the movie has been transfered in to the WMV format, which is Window's Movie Video, just type in, or I'm sorry, just open that up, and you'll see that it says WMV, as opposed to where before it said M4V. And WMV is the common format that is used on the Window's computers. It's used on all Window's computers, and it also works on the Mac computers. M4V, which is the MPEG 4 format, sometimes works on Widow's computers, but sometimes it doesn't, so it's better to just play it safe and use the WMV format.
