"Hi, I'm Ben from The Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California, and today, I'm going to show you what to do if your iPod Nano freezes up. So, the first thing that you can do to find out if you can, or to troubleshoot your iPod Nano is to find the hold button or the hold toggle switch which would either be on the top of the iPod or on the bottom like it is on this one. So, what you can then do is slide it on and off, on and off, and if that doesn't do anything then you would proceed to our next step. The second thing you can do is you can hold down the menu and select keys. You see there's a menu key right here at the top. That's a, that's the same on all iPod Nano's. And then, there's a select key which is the gray, or black button, or white button right there in the middle of the iPod. So, just hold down both of those keys at once. You'll hold it down for about six to ten seconds. When the iPod or Apple logo appears that means that your your iPod is is power cycling, so it's turning off and then it's turning back on, and usually this will this will fix the problem about ninety percent of the time. There's one last step that you can take when when trying to fix your iPod when it freezes up, and that would be you can plug in the USB cable into the iPod and you can plug in the other end into your computer. If holding down the menu and select key on your iPod doesn't fix it then this would be your next option and this will definitely fix it, but just try holding down menu and select first. If that doesn't work plug it into your, plug it into your computer and it should power cycle the device which means it would turn it off and then turn it back on, and then you should be good to go."
