"Hi, my name is Brooke Kramer and I am the Financial Aid Officer with Argosy University in Salt Lake City and today we're going to talk about how to get free athletic scholarships. And what you're going to want to do is start out your freshmen year of high school preparing your athletic career. You're going to want to first go into, of course, athletic that is conducive to what you're used to; something you're good at. Next is you're going to want to also keep up your grades and keep involve in the community. The more you have to show yourself off, achievements you've had, the more you're eligible you're going to become for a scholarship. You're also going to want to start checking out the different types of university and colleges you're going to want to go to. Get in contact with the coaches and get yourself viewed by them 'cause you're most likely going to have to have a recruiter come and see you play in order to be offered a scholarship.
