And the main place you're going to find to fill out a grant application is with the free application for federal student aid. And you can find this at www.fafsa.ed.gov. This application may qualify you for federal aid based on whether or not you meet the requirements. You may also find other places to apply for grants online. You can do basic Web searches for different grants available, and based on their requirements listed, they will let you know whether or not there is a fee required when you apply, and also what requirements are for those grants as well.
