"Hi, I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and I'm going to show you how to remove ballpoint pen marks. This happens because maybe you had a pen in your pocket, or you accidentally wrote on your shirt, or for whatever reason. It happens to all of us, but don't worry. This is what you do, and it works really well. I'm going to make a mark on this shirt with this blue ballpoint ink pen, see? Now, what you're going to do is get a damp sponge, and get the area a little bit wet first. This is so that your hairspray doesn't dry on it so so quickly. You want to have hairspray. It's excellent for any kind of ink stain, permanent marker, dry erase marker, ballpoint pens. If your kids got into some markers that were not washable hairspray's awesome for this. So, soak the spot with the hairspray; really, really, really dowse it. Scrub it with a scrub brush like this one, or even a toothbrush. If you don't have an extra toothbrush lying around you can scrub it with your sponge. You want to do this two or three times. The stain is not going to completely come up before it's time to move to the next step, but you will see it start to disappear. As you can see right there you can barely, barely see it. It's really, really faded. Next, before you wash this you want to spray a pre-treatment on it and let it sit for as long as you think you need to. Sometimes you let em' sit for fifteen minutes. You can let em' sit overnight. Either way, it's not a big deal and you're ready to throw it in the wash after this. Wash it and then dry it as usual, and when you get your clothes out of the dryer the stain should be gone. I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and that is how you remove ballpoint ink marks."
