"Many years ago, there was a woman by the name of Dion Fortune, and she wrote a wonderful book called Psychic Self-Defense. I suggest to anyone who feels that they're under attack or that they feel that they've been encroached upon in any way to go ahead and buy that book. What psychic attack really means is that that someone is sending a thought wave to you to harm you or to take from you. It's never okay for one person to impose their will upon another. There are many different ways to protect yourself against psychic attack. One of the ways that we know is salt water. You can take sea salt and put it into water and sprinkle that around the outside of your home if you feel you're being attacked. You can also burn sage, which is commonly practiced among many of the New Age people, but among the native people, it's been practiced forever as far as I know. That would be to take sage and burn it, and start in a clockwise position, circle your home, open the doors, open the windows, and allow anything that's come in to release itself. Once again, finding a good teacher. If you feel that you've been under attack, find someone that you trust in a metaphysical field. There are many traditions that help us to learn different ways to protect ourselves. As a psychic, oftentimes, I feel attacked by an energy of a spirit that doesn't want to release itself from the person I'm working with. I cleanse myself every single day -- morning and night.
