"Do you like to yak about stocks that sell for less than a buck? Hi I'm Roger Groh with Groh Asset Management. If you do, then you like to talk about penny stocks. And what we're talking about today is starting a discussion group or a forum about it. How do you go about that? If it were me, I'd go straight to Google and I would setup a penny stock blog. Put your name on it, Joe Blow's penny stock blog. And then you can draw in other people using the advertising with Google and Microsoft and Yahoo and the other large firms. Advertise your blog and people will come and go and discuss with you whatever you want to discuss about penny stocks. Other than that, how can you do it? Skype is a wonderful way. On Skype, remember it's free to talk between various people and they can do conference calls now on Skype so you can talk with various people all over the world and if you advertise that you're about to do this, people can join in. You can enter a number, they'll come in and you can have your own verbal discussion group as opposed to a written discussion group or forum about companies. That would be the way I would go. You might want to check with your lawyer about what you can say and not say in a blog. The reason? Really you may find that the motivation behind somebody entering a discussion group is not just for discussion but to move the price of the stock one way or the other and that could be advertising, it could be any number of things under the Securities and Exchange Commission's rules. So check with your lawyer before you just jump into starting a blog or for that matter, before you begin to blog yourself about any company. I'm Roger Groh with Groh Asset Management, thank you very much for spending time with me."
