You are selling your car and you are concerned about how do you transfer title because you've never done this before and now you've got a buyer and you want to know how you're going to transfer the title. Hello, I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how to sign over title to someone else for your car. Well perhaps the first place to start is to look at the title, the existing title of the car, and read it and it should provide for the procedure by which you the current owner/seller transfer title to the new buyer/owner. If you have questions, generally you can obtain information from your state's Division of Motor Vehicles which will have a local office in your county and they can walk you through the step by step process. It's generally not that difficult although it does vary from state to state. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching.
