"So, if you're interested in opening a bar there's a few things you need to know. First, obviously you have to find a suitable location; one like this, you know. Depending on where you are, you want to make sure you have enough room. You have to decide if you're going to buy the building, or you know, get slaughtered by paying rent. I think it's always better to own the building, but you know, maybe if you have a friend you can get a good deal. You have to, you know, get all your equipment before anything, and along with the equipment you have to have employees ready to go by the time you open. Once you have all your equipment and your employees you need to secure your distributors, and distributors is how you get all your alcohol. And if you have a kitchen and if you have food that's that's a whole lot of work too, cause' the food distributors are separate. There are there are going to be several legal documents you need to secure such as a liquor license, and if you're having entertainment probably an entertainment license, and lots of things like that. So, it's a lot of work and you'd better be ready for all of that."
