This is financial adviser Patrick Munro talking about how to invest in shares. A lot of individuals are not aware of what shares are, but shares are just that, shares in a public company and you're investing and therefore if the company does well at what they do, they declare a dividend and your original investment grows in value and so does your wealth. There are different ways to invest in shares. You can do that by yourself with knowledge online. You would first off do it through a discount broker that you can receive information by just typing in discount brokers on the Internet search engine and various companies will come up. You can then call those companies and tell them how much money you have to invest and their representatives will take over the line and tell you based on your risk tolerance where you might want to place that amount of money. If you don't like working online and prefer a face to face interview, you can work with someone like myself as a financial adviser and I will sit down with the individual and walk then through based on their risk tolerance again, what are the choices that they can invest in. This is Patrick Munro, financial adviser, talking about how to invest in shares.
