HI, my name is Lauren. I'm here to discuss how to regain lost hair. The first thing with balding, or alopecia, is that you're going to want to decipher what the actual stress is, that's causing it, whether it is hereditary, whether it could be stress related, it also could be from your diet. You're going to want to, in order to maintain the hair that you have, plus also grow some of that hair back, especially if it's diet related or stress related, you're going to want to take a few more deep breaths during the day, in order to calm yourself down. You're also going to want to have a very well balanced diet. Food that are high in omega 3 fatty acids, will help your hair grow, it will also help bring some of your hair back. Another great way, in order to grow back your hair, is to use a shampoo and conditioner called Nioxin. Nioxin is actually a scalp treatment that will help each hair follicle, produce more than one strand of hair, so that way, you can actually multiply the amount of strands of hair,which are coming out of one hair follicle. Nioxin is really great, in order to kind of regrow some of that hair back, that you have. If you're looking for more of an herbal or holistic way of doing it, you can actually use apple cider vinegar. Put some apple cider vinegar on your hair, as a treatment on your scalp, and it will stimulate your scalp, which will actually help open up your hair follicle, and it will help also create more blood circulation, which will help your hair not only stay, it will help it remain healthy, it will help it grow faster, and it will hopefully help bring some of that old growth back. Definitely pay attention to your diet, your stress level, and if you would like to, and if you find no other need, then you can go cosmetically, and do hair plugs, and that I would represent consulting a doctor, in order to find out further information about that, and that is how to grow hair back.
