My name is Josie Minks. I'm a Labor and Delivery Nurse in Austin, Texas and I'm here to talk about some of the symptoms during the first trimester during pregnancy. There are many, many symptoms including nausea and vomiting, often the first sign. There's breast tenderness or swollenness which is due to the hormonal changes. Other hormonal changes can cause headaches, backache, mood swings, food cravings and also the, in, the areola in your breast can darken. You might experience fatigue of the level of progesterone increases and so, so oftentimes you experience extreme fatigue.You may have frequency in urination and there are, these are some of the signs and symptoms of first trimester pregnancy.
