My name is Josie Minks and I'm a Labor and Delivery Nurse and I'm here to talk about signs of pregnancy. In the first trimester you might experience nausea and vomiting, backache, headache, fatigue, mood swings, food cravings, sore breasts; tender swollen breasts, darkening of the areola. You might, as you continue in your pregnancy, you will experience weight gain; you will feel the baby kick around fourteen weeks more or less. You might experience swelling in your feet or ankles. You might experience frequent urination and having to get up that night, in the middle of the night to use the restroom. So you might experience more fatigue in being uncomfortable sleeping. You might experience shortness of breath. Sometimes you might experience dizziness or vertigo with the drop in your blood pressure upon rising quickly. There are many symptoms of pregnancy. More, you might experience stretch marks and they, they, in the pregnancy you might experience vaginal discharge. You might leak colostrum out of your breasts. You might experience pups which is a break out of hives that itch all over your skin; that clears up after pregnancy. So there's many symptoms and many body changes that would, can turn pregnancy.
