And there's several causes; one would be nausea and vomiting; so you're feeling poorly in your vomiting takes a lot of energy. Another cause would be the increase level of progesterone hormone which causes fatigue and another cause would be you're feeling so uncomfortable, you have a hard time resting or sleeping at night. Another cause of fatigue during pregnancy would be, if you're using the restroom frequently during the night. So you're waking up often, you're not getting a full night sleep or naps and you're exercising more than what maybe normal. So there's several causes of fatigue during pregnancy and these are just a few."
