"My name is Josie Minks and I'm a Labor and Delivery Nurse in Austin, Texas. I'm here to talk about body changes during pregnancy . There are several changes including; in the first trimester, you might have backaches, headaches; these are hormone, hormonal imbalances and changes. You might have shortness of breath due to the diaphragm being, having pressure on the diaphragm. You might have heartburn due to the baby being, having pressure on your stomach and alternating the position. You, as you grow you might have stretch marks. You might have itching on your body and your skin. You might have, be hot or cold. You might have food cravings and lots of mood swings from the hormonal imbalances. You might have swelling in your feet or ankles. Your hair might change due to the hormones. You have all different kinds of, of body changes throughout pregnancy."
