"Hi my name is Brooke Kramer and I am the financial aid officer with Argosy University and today we are going to talk about how to write scholarship essays. And the first thing is to find a scholarship you want to apply for and make sure that, that you meet all of the qualifications for that scholarship. Many scholarships require that you either enter a certain degree or that you are a resident of the state. So definitely make sure you are meeting all of their requirements. Next you want to write a very tight and concise application or essay. And you also want to make sure that you separate yourself from pretty much all of the other scholarship essays that are going to be submitted. So you are going to want to maybe put in a special anecdote or write something that unusual that will really make you stand out. Cause remember these judges are going to be looking at thousands of other scholarships like yours. If you have additional questions regarding Pell Grant you can visit our website at www.argosy.edu."
