How to Apply for Hope Scholarship

"Hi. My name is Brooke Kramer, and I'm a financial aid officer with Argosy University in Salt Lake City. And today we're going to talk about how to apply for the Hope Scholarship. And pretty much what the Hope Scholarship is is a scholarship offered in Georgia. It is a Georgia scholarship, and it is specifically meant for graduating seniors from high schools in Georgia. In order to apply for it you have to meet certain requirements. First you need to have graduated with a 3.0 from a high school. You need to continue to keep a GPA, a 3.0, while attending school. And then you also need to apply. In order to apply you first need to complete the free application for federal student aid, which you can find at www.fafsa.ed.gov, and also complete the Hope Scholarship application form. You can find this application form at a Georgia community college as well as go to ehope and apply online.
