Finding Weird Scholarships

"Hi, my name is Brooke Kramer. I am the financial aid officer with Argosy University in Salt Lake City, and today, we're going to talk about how to find weird scholarships. For the most part, there are a lot of different types of scholarships available. The most common types of scholarships are going to be community service scholarships, leadership scholarships, as well as academic scholarships. For weird scholarships, if you're trying to get really narrowed down on maybe something that you've done before such as maybe a soccer scholarship or something even more strange than that, you can always do searches on the Web to see if there are listings through companies for different types of scholarships or even go to your local library and see if they have resources for what kind of scholarships are available. There are a lot books out there, especially at the library, that usually lists common types of scholarships as well as how to apply for scholarships.
