"My name is Bo Brown, and I'm here to talk about how to attract cardinals, to your backyard feeder. A variety of different sunflower, and sunflower mixes work best. You can also put any kind of dried fruits, peanuts, they will come to suet feeders as well. It's also nice to have any kind of water source, bathing source for them nearby. They do like to nest in thickets, so hedges, or brush piles, or anything like that nearby, is really helpful as well. An additional thing you can do, is to provide a little, small box with meal worms, and also open pomegranate halves on a fruit feeder, and they really like that kind of feed."
