This particular manufacturer recommends changing at twenty-five thousand miles, or one year. You'll want to follow the manufacturers recommendations and remember to change your filter as well when changing your motor oil. Also, as with changing standard motor oil, you want to make sure, dispose of your old motor oil whether it's synthetic or standard motor oil according to EPA regulations and make sure it gets recycled properly.
