"Hi I'm Jackie Silver from Aging Backwards and author of the book Aging Backwards, Secrets to Staying Young. I'm here to tell you how to get rid of puffy eyes. Puffy eyes are really more of a cosmetic problem not so much of a medical problem and it can be caused by a number of different things. It could be allergies, hormonal, hereditary, or it may be not enough sleep. The first way to get rid of puffy eyes is to get the recommended sleep which is about seven or eight hours a day for adults. Another secret for getting rid of puffy eyes is to take a tea bag and actually seep it like you are going to drink the tea and you might as well drink it anyway because tea has antioxidants and then you take the used tea bags and you cool them off and you lay them over your eyes for about five minutes. Another way to get rid of puffy eyes is to use these eye slices and they come in this cute little container. You can get them at eyeslices.com and they actually feel cold even without being refrigerated so you just lay those over your eyes. I'm Jackie silver with how to get rid of puffy eyes. Now get some sleep."
