"Hi I'm Jackie Silver from Aging Backwards and author of the book Aging Backwards, Secrets to Staying Young with the best skin care for pregnancy stretch marks. Stretch marks can be a problem and unfortunately they are permanent. One of the best ways to avoid stretch marks while you are pregnant is to massage every day with some sort of a lotion or coco butter. Now I actually like coconut oil, pure raw organic coconut oil. It is very soothing and it actually has a smaller molecule than any other oil so it absorbs very quickly and it really softens and keeps the skin supple. One of the reasons why women develop stretch marks when they are pregnant is because the skin is stretching out. If you keep it supple you could limit the number of stretch marks. Now another reason that stretch marks are so obvious is because some people have cellulite to go with the stretch marks. If you smooth down the lumps and bumps you may be able to lessen the look of the stretch marks. Now you don't want to use this until after you are finished with the baby and finished nursing but there is a product called Celluline that actually does get rid of cellulite and all you do is rub it on twice a day wherever you have cellulite and it actually smooths the lumps and bumps. It is like a miracle so have a wonderful pregnancy and try to avoid those stretch marks. I'm Jackie Silver. Have a great day."
