Hey, my name is Shaun, and I'm here with the Wilmington Boxing and Fitness Center. And I'm here today to talk to you about how, how pedometer steps equal a mile. And a pedometer is, it's a step calculator and it's used, you can wear it on your, on your wrist or either on your belt clip. And it's going to measure how many steps you're walking in a day. And it takes two thousand steps to equal a mile. And most people they like to use them while they walking around a track or while they walking at work, so that they're getting their exercise. And they you, they use, you know, from their car and while they're in the office also. And they count and they see like how many steps they are walking everyday for their health reasons. So they're getting their cardio exercise in also. And it's really helpful for those, you know, who are older and want to, you know, walk. They want to keep up with how many steps they're walking. And how many miles they're walking also. And that's how you use a pedometer and that's how many steps equal a mile, which is two thousand.
