Hey, my name is Shaun, I'm here with Wilmington Boxing and Fitness Center, and I'm here today to talk to you about different types of running. And, you have your sprint running, which is more geared towards stop-and-start like on the basketball court, verses your long running which you know, your cross country team does. They do that long endurance type style running. And it helps if someone's trying to lose weight in that, you know, you can combine the two, because you can sprint a minute or you can walk, or jog on the treadmill. And that's what's going to burn the most calories, so most people, because their doing the interval type training where they're going for a minute then they're jogging, or walking, and this helps build that endurance, and it's going to burn a lot of calories for that person. And those are the benefits of, you know, of sprinting and verses the long running, and those are the different types of running.
