Hi my name is Jonathon and I am with Champion MMA. Today were going to talk about how to improve stamina for boxing condition. It's a very important thing. Boxing is a lot about cardio, so your cardio has got to be really good when you want to do boxing. One of the things we do before we start training, every day we go running. I usually like to go hit outside, running through the woods is perfect. That's the best way to do it. You push your mind, you know, and your distance when you are out there in the outdoor. In this case we have a treadmill in here. So, it's a good thing if you cannot run outside because of the weather, or it's not a good day. Just come and do it before the treadmill, jump the rope. A lot of cardio it's good point. Cardio, it's very important basically in boxing. Without this cardio it's going to be hard for you to learn box and to improve your gain in the boxing games. Another thing I want to say is jumping rope. It's a good thing. Run, jumping rope, a lot of you know hitting the bag with you know your combination. Setting the rounds is a good thing too. Like if you have a bell or a timer set the round for times to do this thing. And that's how you improve your stamina for boxing.
