Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA and today we are going to talk about some free boxing tips. The first thing you want to do when you start boxing is make sure your jab right hand and hook, get those right and that can take it pretty far by just getting those basic punches. You can build a career by just having a nice hook, a good right hand or a good jab. Another thing I want to talk about it is very important when you punch to make sure you breath every single time you are punching. A lot of people I see in the gym they are so focused about punching they forget how to breath and they get really tired and by getting tired you are not going to be focused to learn what you have to learn that day. Make sure every time you punch, you breath. Boxers we make a lot of noise when we are punching. That is going to be something that we always have to make sure we are breathing. If we don't hear those noises we know we are not breathing so we make a lot of noise when we throw punches. Another thing I want to say is condition. Boxing is about condition. You have to have an excellent cardio to progress in boxing. Without that it is hard to go far in boxing. That's some good free tips for boxing.
