Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA and today we are going to be talking about how to clean your boxing gear. In this case we have our boxing gloves here. The first thing you want to do right after you finish any type of work out is make sure you leave your gloves open, open them up and then catch in the air so that they will be dried out, they will be sweaty and they can get ruined if you don't do this. I use in particular like Febreeze to kill odor and bacteria. They produce odor and that's what I use after I finish working out. I spray into it and then you know I use it to clean the outside. I also use, there are some things you can find for in magazines like Ring Side that are especially for this. You can put it in and leave it so it can get cleaned out but this is a good cheap way by just buying Febreeze and spraying on it. Make sure every time after you are finished working out, leave your gloves open catching some air. Sometimes I put the fan to hit it so it gets right up in the odor and it will go away because if you let that happen when you are finished working out then your boxing gloves are closed they can get ruined easier and faster. That's how you clean, a good way to clean your boxing gear.
