"Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA and today we are going to hit or show you to hit this speed bag. The speed bag is used for creating good standing when you are boxing, get a little speed in your hands. It will create a good fundamental on your punches. The first thing you want to do is stay in front of the bag. In this case we have a bag that is adjusted. We have got to bring it to the level that we need to bring in order to hit it right. Another thing you want to do is make sure when you start hitting it you get into, it's got to be a balance, you have to have a rhythm when you hit the bag and if you don't catch that rhythm you are going to have, but take practices on the speed bag to really get that going. The first thing you want to do is stand with your fighter's stand and then bring your hands up and start punching it, o'kay and then you go from one arm to the other arm and then you start catching up the rhythm a little, step by step, how to hit the speed bag. That's the way or basis to hit a speed bag."
