Hi my name is Jonathan. I'm with Champion MMA. Today we are going to talk about the proper height for the speed bag. In this case you want to make sure the speed bag is adjusted to over, it has got to be pretty much over your eyebrows and make sure your arms are, you are able to bring your arms up and hit it without having it so close to your face and that way the bag can go back an forth without a problem. You have to have, I would recommend you to have a bag, in this case we have a bag here that is an adjusted bag that you can bring it down. It has got to be also how high you are, you know your height is going to be the main factor to how properly you are going to be hitting the bag. In this case like I say we have it in a bag that it is adjusted to. It has got to be like your eyes have got to be probably an inch to the bag over your eyebrows. That way you can stand up on your fighting stance and bring your hands up and start hitting it and catching that rhythm when you hit the bag. Just make sure when you hit it, once again get your hands wrapped, very important. That way you don't hurt yourself and loosen up before you start hitting the speed bag.
