Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA and today we are going to talk about how to increase punching speed. Once again we are right here with a double hand bag. This one in particular is going to create two targets so it is going to keep your mind a little busy trying to punch bottom, top, top, bottom moving around and trying to hit the target when it is balancing and moving around. Trying to look for the target is going to create a lot of speed with your hands because when you are punching this bag they don't stay still pretty much. It will be bouncing around so you have got to start looking into, looking for the target. In this case we have a double target so you we need to be kind of like trying to punch these two little balls here so I'm going to demonstrate a little bit how to do it in a very slow, like I say this thing is going to take a lot of practice and it is not going to come out over night. You might be a little frustrated when you start hitting it and you cannot hit it because it bounces, the ball is bouncing around so it it takes practice and dedication to start catching the speed. So I go in, I punch it, I look, look for my target, punch, target comes, see? You look for your target and then you start hitting it. That's how you get a good punching speed.
