"Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA and today we're going to talk about how to build boxing speed. In this case here we have a small hand bag, double hand bags. They are used for speed and good coordination when you are punching. In this case here we have got a bunch of bags as you can see. The smaller your bag the better your accuracy is going to get. I would recommend probably starting with something big like this one big here and then moving yourself down to something that is smaller. Once again the smaller the bag the better your accuracy is going to get. The smaller the target is the better it is for your accuracy and your boxing speed because your mind is going to be in your foot, everything is going to go in place to try to look for that target. This has the little small bag and the harder you get the better you are going to get trying to catch on this little bag. I am going to show a little bit, a little demonstration on how to hit it. You start slowly and as you get practiced you are going to get better and you are going to speed up on it. This game I am going to throw the jab. Look for the bag, your eyes are going to be moving, work your head, work your foot. That's how you build the good speed for boxing."
