"Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA. Today we are going to talk about how to get good hand speed. The first thing I want to tell you is it will be a good idea if you can have somebody holding the mitt for you and calling the punches. It creates good hand speed and also good coordination to make you think that everything goes into place when you are thinking in punching that is going to be a good thing for your hit is having good speed hands. If you don't have somebody to hold the mitt for you you can always go into a double and for the back. It is always good like I say the smaller it gets the better it is going to be for you because the smaller the target the faster you are going to throw the punches in order to catch this bouncing around. So that's a good way to do it by having that, my recommendation would be having if you are training with somebody and a coach using the mitt. That is going to create a good speed on your hands and in making sure that your punches start coming sharper, more clean and effective, that's how you get a good hit, speed on your hands."
