Hi, I'm Dave from Singh Technology Solutions and I'm here to talk about how to get your Xbox fixed or repaired. First things first, if your Microsoft Xbox 360 is under warranty, I recommend contacting Microsoft first. Seeing how long the wait time is and if you, if it is under warranty and you aren't opposed to being without your Xbox for six weeks or longer, send it back to Microsoft for the repairs. They will do an upgrade or they will replace the unit themselves. If you're impatient like the rest of us out there, find your local repair center and have them do the repair. Normally it takes about a week. OK with local support also versus the Microsoft support to getting your Xbox repaired, your warranty is local after that. Meaning that any repair that they did you can, and it breaks or does something else different, you can take it right back to that local store. Where with Microsoft you might have the same problem or a different problem, you're still going to be without your Xbox for six weeks or more to get it repaired and sent back to you.
