A popular question is what is the benefits of Aerobic step training. Now there's a lot of falsehoods about it. People can do it, you're only going to advance to a certain extent. You know, you're only going to get so good. What it comes down to in terms of improving your body and increasing your metabolism and making your body more efficient, building more muscle density, you know and really changing your body comes down to how hard you're willing to push yourself. So when you're doing your aerobic step class and you're coming up and down on a step, you know it really comes down to how hard you're willing to push yourself and how motivated you are. The harder you push the more the results you're going to get. A lot of people start out right here. You know, this is their maximum capability and what they do is they stop. Every time they get hard rather than pushing a little bit extra and doing a little bit harder than whatever it is they were trying to get to to achieve those results your body adapts to every thing you do so if you push yourself that little bit extra and a little bit more and past the point where you want to quit and you keep going, with aerobic step classes what it comes down to is how intense you are with the exercise that you're doing. How quickly you're responding back and forth. You know when the instructor gives you a movement and come in to the side, your different speed drills that you're doing, how quick you are on your feet and the intensity that you put into it, you're going to get out of it what you put into it. So the harder you push the more benefits you're going get. And you're really going to change your body from that point out.
