I'm here to talk to you about the benefits of aerobic versus anaerobic exercises. Now a couple benefits from aerobic training are you improve your lung capacity, you build your heart as a muscle and overall you're conditioning your athleticism. Everything that you do, you know, every day activities, you get winded less easily as well as, you typically have an over all better life style. Plus, one of the best ways to start to burn off and lose fat throughout your entire body. So one of the best things to do is, for example, go on a treadmill, go on a elliptical trainer, go on a bike. Anything of that nature where you're really getting your body pumping, really moving your entire core, twisting your torso, really utilizing your entire body. And that's the best way to start loosing weight. Now that in conjunction with a good anaerobic routine, is one of the best ways to have an overall athletic build. And, you know, to have that tight, toned body that you're looking for. So with that aerobic training and anaerobic training, it would be for example, weight lifting. You know, doing stationary bicep pros, doing bench pressing, doing squats. Anything that doesn't require your heart rate to be elevated for an extended period of time. So anything controlled exercise. Now you can always combine the two. You know they're both very effective. The more muscle you build from doing anaerobic training, that's going to help you in conjunction with your aerobic training. It's going to make you faster. It's going to make you more agile. It's going to give you, you know, many more benefits in the long run in terms of improving your basic metabolic rate, increasing the amount of calories you body can consume naturally and giving you that tighter, leaner build that you're looking for.
