"Hi, I'm Noah, and I'm going to show you how to remove a worm virus. Worm viruses are basically the most traditional kind of virus. In the past, you might have heard of big name worm viruses like MyDoom and Sasser, which were very widely distributed and affected a lot of computers. Microsoft has something it releases once a month called the Malicious Software Removal Tool. If you have Windows automatic updates on, then your system should download this removal tool every month and it will run in the background and hopefully remove any well-known major worm viruses, which you might have on your computer. Besides using this removal tool every month, though, you should also have an anti-virus program like McAfee VirusScan, for example. If you don't want to pay for one, there are also free programs available. For example, Avira's free anti-virus, which you can find at www.free-av.com. Now, once you have an anti-virus software program, simply run it and then run a system scan, which would find any worm viruses, and hopefully remove them from your system."
