"Hi, I'm Noah, and I'm going to show you how to create a website, using software. By software, in this case, we mean of course, an HTML editing program. By using such a program to build your website, as opposed to some kind of easy to use tool, you'll have a lot more options, and a lot more flexibility to allow you to be creative, in your design. Now, the first thing you'll want to do, is get yourself an HTML Editor. Perhaps, the most used kind of software in this area, is Adobe Dreamweaver, which you can find at www.adobe.com/ products/dreamweaver. Although this is the most used, there are lots of alternatives. You want to shop around carefully, because these programs can be very expensive. Dreamweaver, for example, is four hundred dollars. An alternative, is Microsoft's Expression Web. This also comes at quite a high price, but is a bit cheaper than Dreamweaver, although it gives you a bit less options. Once you've found the program that's right for you, you can start building your website, but you'll still want to have some basic knowledge of at least HTML, and CSS, which you can get at www.w3schools.com. This website offers completely free tutorials on HTML, and CSS, which you should read about for starters, and then on all kinds of other coding languages. Also, if you just want to try out some programs, pretty much all of them, have at least a free trial available. This will let you use the program for a limited amount of time, and then you can decide if it's right for you, and if you would like to purchase it."
