"Hello my name is Mark Blocker, in this segment we're going to cover fluorescent light bulb facts. OK, fluorescent light bulbs when compared with an incandescent bulb, they're about 75% more efficient than an incandescent bulb with the same luminous rating. IE this is a 100 watt bulb and this bulb puts out the same amount of energy or the same amount of light for about 23% of the energy. So it's over 75% most efficient than the incandescent bulb and this particular bulb will last about 12 times longer than an incandescent bulb. So not only do you use a lot less energy using the bulb, but it lasts much longer than the incandescent bulb which saves you money in replacement. So earth friendly fluorescent bulbs lasts 12 times longer than an incandescent bulbs and are more than 75% more efficient. And those are just a few facts about fluorescent lighting."
