Get on line get into your account and use your pass word and your account name, get into your account and it gives you the option down on the left hand side how to close an account. If you have any questions of course you have on line help. We can click immediately and get somebody to come on line and chat with you and/or of course you can call their 800 number and get a representative. I think it is almost 24 hours a day but to close an account you may have to go to the 8 to 5 time but a simple process, let them know what you are doing and why you want to close and where you want your money forwarded to and a very easy process.
