"Hi I'm Ashleigh Gass, certified strength and conditioning specialist with BrilliantAthlete.com. So just what is a strength training coach? This is someone that is well trained in the areas of speed, recovery, flexibility, strength training and endurance training. This person will typically work with athletes and teams to help improve various components of the areas that I just mentioned. This person will typically also work with regular weekend warrior type clients that aren't necessarily competitive and professional athletes but are more interested in improving their overall health and fitness. So again, a strength training coach is someone that is well versed in the areas of strength, speed, recovery, flexibility, program design and endurance training. For more information on, you can contact me directly because I am a strength coach, www.BrilliantAthlete.com."
