"Hi I'm Ashleigh Gass, certified strength and conditioning specialist with BrilliantAthlete.com. How do you remove cellulite dimples from the side of your waist? Well if you're in the position where you're starting to see dimpled body fat on the side of your waist, it's really time to consider cleaning up your diet plan and the way that you eat because when you've been spending years and years not eating well, not drinking enough water and not exercising, body fat is going to appear really all over the place. So the first step would be drink more water. You want to replace beverages like coffee, Red Bull and fruit juices and even milk that you buy from the store, start to replace that stuff with water. Why? Because it really helps to flush your system and body fat tends to accumulate in a system that's kind of jammed up. So that's the first step. The second step is to reduce the amount of food that you eat that comes in boxes and packages. Increase your intake of vegetables, fruits and healthy fats like fish oil, olive oil, flax oil and all nuts and seeds. Next learn how to strength train. If you're completely new to this, you can hire a training at a local gym, there are also some excellent resources in terms of books available at bookstores. I'm available for distance coaching and extra advice at BrilliantAthlete.com. So as you can tell, it's not a one magic pill solution to getting rid of body fat that accumulates in the side of your waist. It's really a decision you've got to make to cleanup your diet, learn how to strength train and add muscle mass to your frame and to stick with it in the long term. I'm Ashleigh Gass with BrilliantAthlete.com."
