"Hi I'm Ashleigh Gass, certified strength and conditioning specialist with BrilliantAthlete.com. How do you gain muscle mass quickly? Well the short answer to that is muscle mass can't be created quickly. It takes time, it takes eating well, it takes an intelligent individualized strength training program. So just what does it take on a nutritional standpoint to gain muscle mass? Probably eating more than you are now. For an outstanding nutritional education system that'll teach you exactly how to do this, you can go to BrilliantAthlete.com. Under the products tab, there's a product called Precision Nutrition created by Dr. John Berardi and this system has very complete details on just exactly how to build your diet in order to gain muscle mass. Now from a strength training perspective, if you're new, you just want to start to work with either in person, a trainer that's qualified or hire a distance coach, I'm available for that. What you can also do if you're more advanced, is include lifts like squats, dead lifts, lunges and bench press into your program. These lifts use your whole body, they're quite demanding and when done properly, they're fantastic tools to increase muscle mass faster than doing a lot of lifts on machines, etcetera. So as you can tell, there's a lot more detail that goes into gaining muscle mass. For more information you can contact me at BrilliantAthlete.com."
