"Hi, my name is Roger. I'm with R-Tech Computers. We're going to talk briefly about how to sell a Dell laptop. The first option is, of course, I'm assuming you're selling a new laptop, and you're in the business of selling computers. And you're trying to sell Dell laptops in an effort to generate revenue for yourself. Dell's business model is to sell direct to the consumer and the business, so they don't really offer any kind of a discount for resellers, or any kind of an incentive for resellers. So as a reseller, you're not going to really sell Dell notebooks or Dell computers unless you're selling them as a refurbished unit, or something along those lines. As far as selling a used laptop, the easiest way would be to put an add in Craig's List, and there is really no fees involved for advertising on Craig's List, so you don't have to pay any commissions to anybody. If you want a larger audience, you can do to e-bay, where you can sell it nationwide. And, you will, of course, pay a commission to e-bay for listing the product as well as a percentage of the sale."
