Training tools to teach time management are available online, and they focus on minimizing motion to maximize output, setting goals, setting time frames and making things more efficient. Supply employees with time management tools with information from a portfolio manager in this free video on business strategies.
Are you trying to increase the productivity of your employees, or of your family, and have you considered implementing a time management program? Hi, this is Roger Groh, of Groh Asset Management. There are all sorts of tools available on the internet, and if you Google in time management tools, they'll come up. Read them, they're all helpful. In the end, what you're trying to do, is to minimize motion, and maximize output, so the keys in time management are this, identifying the goals, identifying specific time frames that you're going to allocate to that goal, and then reviewing that effort, to see if you've achieved it, or if you need to adjust the amount of time that you're spending on it. Remember, physical motion has a lot to do with how successful you'll be. Think about going into a restaurant, and seeing an employee run from one end of the restaurant, to get a plate, back to the other end to get a knife, and back to the other, what a waste of time. If they were all in one location, it would be one trip, easier, more convenient, more face time with the customer, less running around time. I'm Roger Groh, with Groh Asset. Thank you very much for spending time with me.
