"Are you considering incorporating yourself? Hi this is Roger Groh at Groh Asset. What are some of the benefits that would come from any incorporation? Well there might be some limitations of liability, there might be an increase in the prestige of having a corporation, there might be a change in terms of tax rate between what you're paying personally and what the company might pay. There might come some, it might be easier to sell the corporation at some point in the future as the financial statements are standalone and clear. And last but not least, if you setup a foreign corporation, you might be able to shield those assets from lawsuits or government looks in whatever country that you're based in. Hope that helps, this is Roger Groh with Groh Asset, thank you very much for spending time with me."
